8/2/18: right side of white tee #17 - lots of johnsongrass in this area

Before:  #16 in front of white tee - received a sample of Pylex herbicide from BWI for goosegrass.  I was told that this bleaches the turf for about 10 days.  I sprayed 3,000 sq. ft. worth of this product in the rough on goosegrass patches

8/1/18: armadillo damage #9 fairway.  We treated 28 acres of turf for grubworm control with Meridian 25 WG at 17 oz/A.  Holes #2, 9, 16 have seen damage over the past week.

#9 fairway from green (7/23/18)
The photo below looks similar to what we saw in 2016 before we lost some turf to grubworms.  It has plenty of moisture, and it is in the same approximate location as it was when we had pressure in the past (fairway #3, 6, 9).  We plan on spraying Meridian 25 WG in these areas to control the possible outbreak.
#9 fairway (7/23/18) - potential grub worm damage

#9 fairway soil exposed - grub worm

Greens:  The cutworm damage on the greens looks different than what we saw in 2016.  There are no visible holes from the subsurface, but we did see a few juvenile cutworms crawling on the turf.  The grass underneath the uplifted soil/sand is still green.  We plan to spray bifenthrin in the morning.
